Ride Times

Welcome competitors and looking forward to seeing everyone next weekend and hosting a terrific event.

•If we do not have your signed waivers you will not see your times below . Through evententries we have sent out requests for your signatures on waivers 3 times but your can also use the links in Fast Facts (using Strider)(see Fast Facts on this website for the links for digital electronic submission of waivers)

•Competitors with multiple rides in a day must do their Dressage at the stated time unless they get approval from the TD, Ground Jury or Dressage steward. In any case it would be best to do your SJ and XC at the stated times but in some cases that is not possible. But you must finish your Stadium and XC before the courses are changed and finish your horses in the right pinny order so that you do not hold up others from being pinned.

•All trailers – please come in GATE 2 on both Saturday and Sunday – go through the polo arena parking and follow the signs to trailer parking.

•All volunteers/ spectators – please come in GATE 7 and follow signs around to the left past the Lavender Barn to park.

•We will have VERY limited water available in the parking area – please plan accordingly. There is access to water back up by the polo arena and at the finish of XC.

•We will have food on site for lunch both Saturday and Sunday.

•The farrier, Lauren Myers 703-899-6593 will be arriving at 8AM.

•NO CARS OR TRUCKS will be allowed up by competition area during competition – bikes/ golf carts/ gators will be allowed.

•Course Maps will be up by start box on Friday afternoon and available online– Start boxes are on far side of main arena

•Dressage: Because of wet conditions we will be using just 2 rings which will be on footing above show jumping ; 

•Volunteers are our most valuable asset. We can’t run the HT without volunteers. We have open jobs we need filled including a shuttle drivers, jump judges and warmup stewards. Please ask your friends, neighbors, students, etc. to volunteer.  We have food and drinks at the meadow house for volunteers. Signup at https://www.eventingvolunteers.com/events/20029

•Live Scoring  link - You will be able to see the score for each of your dressage movements; the jumps where your problems occurred and can sort results for any phase. You may want to bookmark this on your mobile phone.
