Entry Status (as of 9/26 noon)

RIDERS: We are still short for volunteers , especially sunday. We are missing some help in key jobs. Please  contact your family, friends, grooms etc to volunteer. IF you are riding one day then volunteer the other day. We need everything from scribes, timers, discipline stewards, jump judges, shuttle drivers etc. Volunteers will get a schooling pass plus other gifts. There will be a schooling day Tuesday after the event from 9-1. The cost will be $60 per horse but no charge for Volunteers. If it rains, it will be on Wednesday. You must have someone on the ground to accompany you.

All Novice will be Sunday. It currently appears that dressage will not take place on the Rugby Pitch but 2 rings in the footing in the dressage warmup ring and on the grass near the Meadow House.

We are full although we have some openings:   3 Open Novice,  2 Starter Rider. We have started a Wait list for most other levels as there are often scratches. If on the wait list you wil see it noted under Missing information.  If you plan to enter, send us an entry form but do not pay since you may not get in off the wait List. After you submit the entry, we will notify you of your status. If you do get  in you will then need to pay to ensure your spot. For the few that are on the Wait List that have paid you will get your money back if you do not get in.

Some of you have issues that need to be resolved or you will not be allowed to compete (e.g. membership in USEA or USEF, Safesport). In addition to Coggins, we need the Great Meadow Foundation waiver,  the Virginia USEA-USEF waiver as well as the USEA/USEF entry agreement (see Fast Facts on this website for the links for digital electronic submission of waivers).
